What we store

Only what the game needs to work. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

Your email address, if you register an account, so you can sign in again and recover your password.
Your password, stored only as a scrypt hash with a per-account salt. We cannot read it.
Your game progress — the name you chose, your money, what you own, and the roles and skills you have earned.
A Solana wallet address, only if you connect one on the website. This is optional, is never used in the iOS app, and is used solely to prove you own an account.

What we do not store

Voice. Push-to-talk audio is relayed between players in real time and never written to disk. The server does not decode it.
Chat history. Messages are delivered and discarded. Reports are the one exception — see below.
Location, contacts, photos, or any device identifier. The app asks for the microphone and nothing else.

Microphone

The microphone is used for push-to-talk voice chat with players standing near you in the game, and only while you hold the talk control. It is off at all other times. You can decline the permission and play normally without it.

Reporting and blocking

The game has player chat and voice, so it has controls for both:

/report <name> <what happened> — sends a report to us. Reports are logged with the accounts involved and are read by a person.
/block <name> — immediately stops that player's text and voice reaching you. /unblock <name> undoes it; /blocked lists them.

Accounts used to harass others are removed. If something serious happens, email us — we would rather hear about it directly.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the game: press ESC, open SETTINGS, and choose ACCOUNT → DELETE MY ACCOUNT. You can also do it from the marketplace page.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account, your sign-in details and your progress are erased. Anything you owned returns to the city for other players to earn. We cannot restore it afterwards.

Children

Voxie is not directed at children. The game contains cartoon violence and unmoderated player chat, and is rated accordingly on the App Store.
